If you use Android
Go to your device's Settings and select System > Advanced > System Update at the bottom. If you do not see "Advanced," choose About phone. The update status is displayed. Follow the steps on the screen. You can find more information here.
You are using an older version of Todo Math
In this case, you need to update your app.

If you use Android

You can also search for Todo Math in the search box to see if there are any updates. After the update is installed, check to see if the app still crashes.
If the update is not successful, click here.
There is an error in the device
Your device may have caused a temporary error in itself. Turn the unit off completely and then back on again.
App data have been modified
In this case, you need to reinstall the app.
Another cause for an app to crash is app modification. There may be a virus on your device or a bug not yet publicly known. If this is the case, you will need to delete and reinstall the app. Tap and hold the app icon and wait. When an X appears in the upper right corner of the app icon, tap it to delete the app. Download the app again from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Caution!
If you delete and reinstall the app, the play data (learning history, collected stars and monsters etc.) will be deleted together. Try several different options before deleting and reinstalling the app. If you're using the sync feature, the play data is stored regardless of app reinstallation. For information on recovering user data, please refer to the help "Play history has disappeared."
