I want to restore my purchase history.

If you want to recover your previous purchases, try the subscription restore feature.

 

Restoring purchase (purchased after July 2015)

  1. Tap the 'Parents' button on the top left corner of the start screen.

  2. Please select the "Subscription" tab.

  3. Tap the 'Restore' button on the bottom right.

  4. Enter the email for the account you want to recover your purchase history and tap the "Send" button.
  5. Enter your password and tap the "Send" button.
  6. If you do not have a purchase history with your email account, you'll see a message that says "there are no records with the provided email address."

 

Restoring purchase (purchased before July 2015)

  1. Make sure you are signed in on the App Store with the account you purchased Todo Math with.
  2. Start Todo Math.
  3. Tap the 'Parents' button on the top left corner of the start screen.

  4. Please select the "Subscription" tab.

  5. Tap the 'Restore' button on the bottom right.

  6. Please tap the "Restore Purchase Before July 2015" button at the bottom.
