If you want to recover your previous purchases, try the subscription restore feature.
Restoring purchase (purchased after July 2015)
- Tap the 'Parents' button on the top left corner of the start screen.
- Please select the "Subscription" tab.
- Tap the 'Restore' button on the bottom right.
- Enter the email for the account you want to recover your purchase history and tap the "Send" button.
- Enter your password and tap the "Send" button.
- If you do not have a purchase history with your email account, you'll see a message that says "there are no records with the provided email address."
Restoring purchase (purchased before July 2015)
- Make sure you are signed in on the App Store with the account you purchased Todo Math with.
- Start Todo Math.
- Tap the 'Parents' button on the top left corner of the start screen.
- Please select the "Subscription" tab.
- Tap the 'Restore' button on the bottom right.
- Please tap the "Restore Purchase Before July 2015" button at the bottom.
