If Todo Math is not upgraded even after you paid for a subscription, please check the below items.
Check your network connection
When the internet connection is not stable, your payment may not be properly processed. Please make sure the internet is connected.
If you are not signed in to the email account used for a subscription
You must be signed in to the email address used when you paid for a subscription. Please go to the 'Parents' page and check if you are signed in. If you are signed in, please make sure that the email address is the one used when you paid for a subscription.
When you are not signed in to your Play Store/App Store account you used for subscription
For Android users, please go to the Google Play Store and make sure that you are signed in on the Store with your email account you purchased Todo Math with. If you are signed in with a different account, the subscription information may not be synced.
For iOS users, please go to the App Store and make sure that you are signed in on the Store with your email account you purchased Todo Math with. If you are signed in with a different account, the subscription information may not be synced.
Restart the App
Shut down Todo Math App and restart it. In doing so, please make sure that you are signed in with the email address used for a subscription.
If you are not subscribed to Todo Math
Even if you request an App subscription, it may not be processed because of the issue of a mobile carrier or a card company. The Google Play Store or App Store sends you a receipt email to your account. Please check if the mail has arrived.
If none of the above solves the problem
- Tap the 'Parents' button on the start screen.
- Please check if you are signed in on the Profile tab.
- If you are not signed in, please sign in.
- On the 'Help' tab of the 'Parents' page, you can send us an email.
- If you can send us a receipt email that arrived in your email used for a subscription, we will quickly fix the issue.
